Terms of Service

Kadraj is a self-hosted content studio operated by Murat Birben. It helps its operator plan, review, and manage short-form videos and, when explicitly requested, connect to TikTok through TikTok for Developers.
Use of the service
- Use Kadraj only with accounts and media you are authorized to manage.
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, permissions, music rights, disclosures, and platform-policy compliance of content you submit.
- Review the video, caption, visibility, and disclosure settings before confirming a TikTok post. Kadraj does not publish calendar items automatically.
- TikTok controls account access, content moderation, availability, and publication outcomes under its own terms and policies.
Third-party services and availability
TikTok features require authorization from TikTok and may change or become unavailable. Kadraj cannot guarantee that TikTok will accept, process, display, or distribute a submission. The operator may update or discontinue the self-hosted software.
Content and intellectual property
You retain responsibility for content you provide and must have the rights and permissions needed to use and share it. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to Kadraj.
